George: They were very careful about trying not to ruin anything in the house. The workers did not trash the house and were very respectful. They were neat and clean, by the time the work was done you could not even tell that workers were there. Nowadays we never worry about the sump pump other that every once and a while and when we get our yearly maintenance. As for hurricane Irene we were great! We had no problems and were actually the ones going out and helping out neighbors.
